Terms and Conditions of Grand Villa Casino

9. Changes to TermsGrand Villa Casino may change, modify, delete or add to these terms at its discretion with immediate effect upon posting on Grand Villa Casino. a) The user accepts continued use of Grand Villa Casino after any such changes are posted will constitute consent and acceptance.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and the parties agree that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this agreement lies with Canadian courts having jurisdiction under said laws.
